The Schaapmoor is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon municipalities of Sögel and Groß Berßen in the Sögel municipality in the Emsland district .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG WE 236 is 210  hectares in size. It is located in the Hümmling south of Sögel in the lowland area of ​​the Nordradde .

The protected area puts a mosaic of wet grassland , wet fallow land and broken forests under protection. The protection is also intended to achieve an extensification or abandonment and watering of the grassland areas .

The area has been a nature reserve since February 5, 2000. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.
