The Lechtegoor is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Gersten in the joint municipality of Lengerich in the Emsland district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 055 is 5.5  hectares . It has been under nature protection since November 1st, 1977. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.

The nature reserve lies between Haselünne and Lengerich and places a lake with its bank areas under protection. The almost circular lake was probably created by a sinkhole . The lake is surrounded by reeds and a fringe of alder forest and birch-oak forest and is about three hectares in size.

In the west, the nature reserve borders on county road 322.
