The Stadtveen is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon town of Haselünne in Emsland .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 275 is 7.2 hectares in size. It is completely part of the FFH area "Stadtveen, Kesselmoor, Süd-Tannenmoor".
The nature reserve is located south of the Hülsen district, which belongs to Haselünne. It consists of a Schlatt which of peat moss - and cotton grass - floating mats is covered. Willows and birches grow on the banks , followed by dunes that are mostly wooded with pine trees .
The area has been under nature protection since December 1, 1990 as part of the "Stadtveen - Schweinfehl" nature reserve, which has since been deleted, with the NSG WE 204 label. Since December 31, 2009 it has been a separate nature reserve. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.
