The Tief Vehn is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Lähden in the integrated municipality of Herzlake in the Emsland district .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG WE 167 is 23 hectares in size. The conservation area, which consists of two parts, is located west of Holte-Lastrup. It protects a tiny bog within a ground moraine landscape overgrown with pine trees .

There are several barrows in the vicinity of the western part of the nature reserve .

The area has been a nature reserve since February 22, 1986. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.
