Gina-Lisa Lohfink (born September 23, 1986 in Seligenstadt , Hessen ) is a German model . She became known in 2008 through her participation in the third season of Germany's Next Topmodel . Since then, Lohfink has been involved in various reality TV formats . Occasionally Lohfink also appears as a presenter , actress and singer .

In the summer of 2016, she filed a criminal complaint of rape after posting amateur porn in which two men had sex with her. As a result, she was charged with false suspicion and ultimately sentenced to a fine of 80 daily rates of 250 euros each. The case attracted a great deal of media attention and a broad public debate, not least about sexual offenses.

biography

Lohfink's parents separated when she was two years old. At twelve she moved in with her grandmother. After completing school at the Einhard School in Seligenstadt , she completed training as a medical assistant and also worked in a fitness studio and in a home for the disabled. She won various regional beauty competitions, including Miss Frankfurt 2005 and Miss Darmstadt 2006. At the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International 2007 she was "Miss Supermodel". In 2008 she applied for the third season of Heidi Klum's casting show Germany's Next Top Model . In the show she only reached 12th place, but her "Hessian Kodderschnauze" and the exclamation "Zack, die Bohne!" After dealing with a matter made her known.

In the period that followed, she was featured as a travel expert for the show taff in a separate City Check section . This was followed by a five-minute web series on MyVideo with Gina-Lisa's World . In December 2011, Lohfink announced that he would be adopted by Frédéric von Anhalt in order to acquire a title of nobility and advance a film career in America. Until 2008, Lohfink was in a relationship with Yüksel D. for over two years . In 2009 a six-month relationship with the pop singer Marc Terenzi followed . Disputes and criminal proceedings

In 2008 amateur porn appeared with recordings by Lohfink and her former partner Yüksel D. , which was downloaded over ten million times. Lohfink states that he did not agree to the commercial publication of the privately made recordings. Attempts to prevent the distribution of the video and reporting about it have not been successful.

In the summer of 2012, a video was distributed showing Lohfink having sex with two men. More video clips were later found on a cell phone as evidence; only a part of the total of 12 sequences can be found as video clips on the Internet. The videos were partly recorded at night and partly as bright as day.

Attorney Burkhard Benecken explained that Lohfink only came to believe that it was a sexual offense after she saw the video. This would explain the loving messages to Pardis F. that were exchanged after the alleged night of the crime. She then filed a complaint against the men, claiming that she suspected she had been drugged with knockout drops and raped. The men received fines for illegally distributing the video footage. However, the accusation of rape and sexual assault was dropped by the public prosecutor in the subsequent court proceedings before the Tiergarten district court . A toxicological report based on the seized video material and the statements by Lohfink did not reveal any indications for the administration of knockout drops. The reviewer described Lohfink as alert, active, and oriented. In the case of sexual activities, too, he could not detect any disturbances in wakefulness, physical coordination or orientation.

Lohfink then received a penalty warrant of 60 daily rates of 400 euros (24,000 euros) each due to false suspicion according to StGB §164 . Lohfink's lawyer appealed against this . The men accused by Lohfink brought charges against them for defamation and insult . On August 22, 2016, she was sentenced to a fine of 80 daily rates of 250 euros (20,000 euros) each for false suspicion in the Tiergarten district court . In the appeal proceedings on February 10, 2017, the conviction of Lohfink for false suspicion was finally confirmed; only the calculation of the daily rates was recognized as incorrect and therefore to be redefined, but the same sum was confirmed in the recalculation.

The case was widely received in the media and commented controversially. Lohfink was seen by some as a “symbol of an overdue reform of sexual criminal law ”, other voices pointed to the appropriation by politics and feminist representatives: “From the trash icon to the new symbol of feminists: Gina-Lisa Lohfink, the it girl and model, is used by everyone.
