Hatterscheid is a district of the municipality of Ruppichteroth in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

location

Surrounding places are Winterscheid , Bechlingen and Fußhollen . Hatterscheid lies between meadows and forests. The bus route 531 connects Hatterscheid and the surrounding villages with Hennef . For the national road 86 to the east there are about 1.5 km away and the national highway 478 in northern 2km.

Residents

In 1712 there were 28 households with 121 inhabitants in Hatterscheid. In 1809 the place had 78 Catholic residents, in 1817 there were 101 residents. In 1885 there were 23 houses with 81 inhabitants for Hatterscheid. In 1910, eight households were recorded for Hatterscheid, the majority of them arable farmers. At that time the place belonged to the municipality of Winterscheid .
