Lagarde-Paréol is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rochegude in the north and north-west, Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes in the east, Sérignan-du-Comtat in the south and Uchaux in the west and south-west.

The wine-growing regions of Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages extend into the municipality. Here red wine is produced under the appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Côtes du Rhône Villages Massif d'Uchaux .
