The Maejo University ( Thai มหาวิทยาลัย แม่ โจ้ , RTGS : Mahawitthayalai Mae Cho, English: Maejo University, short: MJU) is a public university in Mae Cho, Amphoe San Sai , a northeast suburb of Chiang Mai in Thailand.
history
The Maejo University in 1934 as a teacher training college for agriculture of the North ( Northern Agricultural Teachers Training School founded). After numerous reorganizations and renaming, the school was finally established in 1996 as a fully recognized university with the name Maejo University.
