The NIFL Premiership 2018/19 (also Danske Bank Premiership after the league sponsor Danske Bank ) was the eleventh season of the highest Northern Irish football league since the reorganization of the league and the 118th season in total. The season started on August 4, 2018 and ended on May 11, 2019.
The defending champion was Crusaders FC .

Twelve teams played against each other three times - at least once at home and once away - on a total of 33 match days. After this round, the six best-placed teams qualified for the championship round, in which the champions and the starting places for the European Cup places were played out in a simple round over five match days. The master takes part in the qualification for the Champions League , the second and third in the Europa League . The points and goals from the preliminary round were taken.
The teams in places seven to twelve also played against each other in five games in the relegation round to determine who was relegated and who was relegated. The seventh at the end of the season played with the fourth, fifth and sixth in the knockout system, the third participant for the Europa League.
