At the XXVII. At the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney , 16 wrestling competitions were held, eight each in freestyle and eight in Greco-Roman style. The venue was the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Center on Darling Harbor . On the program were two weight classes less than before.
