Saint-Michel-de-Montjoie is a French municipality with 314 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Avranches and the canton Isigny-le-Buat (until 2015 canton Saint-Pois ). The inhabitants are called Montois .

Saint-Michel-de-Montjoie is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Le Gast in the north and north-west, Champ-du-Boult in the north and north-east, Gathemo in the east, Perriers-en-Beauficel in the south and south-east, Lingeard in the south and Saint-Pois in the west and southwest.
