Équilly is a French municipality with 195 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Avranches and the Canton of Bréhal (until 2015: Canton of La Haye-Pesnel ). The inhabitants are called Équillais .
geography
Équilly is about 18 kilometers north of Avranches . Équilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gavray-sur-Sienne with Le Mesnil-Rogues in the north, Beauchamps in the east, La Haye-Pesnel in the south and south-east, Hocquigny in the south-west, Folligny in the west and La Meurdraquière in the north-west.
