La Lucerne-d'Outremer is a French municipality with 780 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Avranches and the Canton of Bréhal (until 2015: Canton of La Haye-Pesnel ).

La Lucerne-d'Outremer is about 13 kilometers west-southwest of Granville . The Thar limits the community in the north. La Lucerne-d'Outremer is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Jean-des-Champs in the north and north-west, Folligny , Hocquigny and La Haye-Pesnel in the north, Le Tanu in the north-east, La Mouche in the east, Le Grippon with Champcervon in the south and south-east, La Rochelle-Normande in the south and Saint-Pierre-Langers in the west.
