Saint-Pois is a French municipality with 511 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Avranches and the canton of Villedieu-les-Poêles ( canton of Saint-Pois until 2015 ).

Saint-Pois is located about 22 kilometers east-northeast of Avranches . Saint-Pois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Coulouvray-Boisbenâtre in the north and north-west, Saint-Michel-de-Montjoie in the north and east, Lingeard in the east and south-east, Le Mesnil-Gilbert in the south, Cuves in the south-west and Saint-Laurent-de -Cuves to the west.
