Villa Albert Lohmann
The Villa Albert Lohmann is located at Ruhrstrasse 70 in Witten and is part of the Route of Industrial Culture .
The villa was built on behalf of Albert Lohmann (* 1814, † 1901) directly opposite Villa Berger at the intersection of Ruhrstrasse and Bergerstrasse. The villa was partially rebuilt and changed by later owners, such as the chemist and industrialist Arthur Imhausen .
In 1981 the villa came into the possession of the city of Witten and was rented to the University of Witten / Herdecke , which used it as an administration building. Since 1997 there are again private owners.
