Rubkino ( Russian Рыбкино , German  Annenhof ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad . It belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Polessk in Polessky District .

Geographical location

Rybkino is located eleven kilometers west of the district town of Polessk (Labiau) on the municipal road 27K-106 from Slavjanskoje (Pronitten) via Nikitowka (Lablacken) to Uschakowka (Kampkenhöfen) on the Curonian Lagoon . Slavyanskoye is the nearest train station on the Kaliningrad – Sovetsk railway line (Königsberg – Tilsit) .

history

The small village, known as Annenhof until 1946, was once a suburb of the Lablacken estate (now Russian: Nikitowka). On 14 October 1908, the Vorwerk Annenhof has been divided from the Gutsbezirk Lablacken and as an independent Gutsbezirk in the District Lablacken in county Labiau included. In 1910, 99 people lived in Annenhof. On September 30, 1928, Annenhof lost its independence and was again incorporated into the Lablacken manor district .

In 1945 Annenhof came to the Soviet Union within northern East Prussia . In 1947 the place was given the Russian name Rybkino and was assigned at the same time to the village soviet Slawjanski selski Sowet in Polessk Raion . From 2008 to 2016 Rybkino belonged to the rural municipality of Turgenevskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Polessk.

church

With its almost exclusively Protestant population, Annenhof was parish until 1945 in the parish of the church Groß Legitten (today Russian: Turgenewo), which belonged to the parish of Labiau in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . The relationship with the Church of Turgenewo exists again today, since there is an Evangelical Lutheran congregation here - a subsidiary of the Resurrection Church in Kaliningrad (Königsberg) - which is affiliated to the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia .
