Sailly-le-Sec (Picard: Sailly-Sé) is a northern French municipality with 352 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the canton of Corbie and is part of the Communauté de communes du Val de Somme .

geography

The municipality is located around 7 km east of Corbie on the northern bank of the canalised Somme on the D233 departmental road and extends beyond the D1 departmental road in the north.

The community received the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 as an award .
