Saint-Léger-lès-Domart ( Picard : Saint-nge-lès-Donmart ) is a northern French municipality with 1855 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Amiens and belongs to the canton of Flixecourt .

geography

Saint-Léger-lès-Domart is located around 2.5 kilometers south of Domart-en-Ponthieu north of the Nièvre , into which the Domart from the north joins, between Berteaucourt-les-Dames in the east and Ville-le-Marclet in the west . Flixecourt creates the rail connection through an industrial track (on the route of a railway line in the Nièvre valley). The Cité-Saint-Jean in the west belongs to Saint-Léger, while the former Le Clapet mill is located in the valley of the Domart outside the municipality.
