Offignies ( Picard : Offignie ) is a northern French municipality with 74 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Amiens , is part of the Communauté de communes Somme Sud-Ouest and belongs to the canton of Poix-de-Picardie .

The municipality is located around 11.5 kilometers west-northwest of Poix-de-Picardie . In the north, the municipality extends slightly beyond the A29 autoroute . It is bounded in the north by the immediately adjacent Commune associée Orival, part of the extensive commune of Hornoy-le-Bourg . The hamlet of Le Grand Sèble is part of Offignies.
