The Communauté de communes Somme Sud-Ouest is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . It was founded on January 1, 2017 and currently comprises 119 municipalities. The administrative headquarters are in Poix-de-Picardie .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 from the merger of the predecessor organizations

With effect from January 1, 2018, the municipality of Allery left the Communauté d'agglomération de la Baie de Somme and joined the local association.

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Lœuilly , Neuville-lès-Lœuilly and Tilloy-lès-Conty became part of the Commune nouvelle Ô-de-Selle . This reduced the number of member communities to 119.
