Équennes-Éramecourt ( Picard : Étcheinne-Érinmecourt ) is a northern French municipality with 296 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Amiens , is part of the Communauté de communes Somme Sud-Ouest and belongs to the canton of Poix-de-Picardie .

geography

Équennes is about 5.5 kilometers southwest of Poix-de-Picardie at the height north of the river Évoissons , Éramecourt south of it on the slope. The isolated farm Ferme de Posières belongs to the municipality.

history

The current municipality was created in 1973 from the merger of Équennes and Éramecourt.
