Maizicourt is about nine kilometers northwest of Bernaville and five kilometers south of Auxi-le-Château on the northern edge of the Somme department.

history

The place was first mentioned in a cartular in 1123 as Maisilcourt . In 1420 the place belonged to part of a Jeanne d'Occoches.
