Conteville is a northern French municipality with 211 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Amiens and is part of the canton of Doullens .
geography
The municipality is located around nine kilometers northwest of Bernaville and 11.5 km east-northeast of Saint-Riquier on the Ponthieu plateau . The dismantled railway line from Doullens to Abbeville ran through the municipality (today largely developed as the Voie Verte - Traverse du Ponthieu hiking trail).
