Terramesnil ( Picard : Téramoén) is a northern French municipality with 310 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the canton of Doullens and is part of the Communauté de communes du Territoire North Picardie .

The community is located directly on the border of Picardy to the Pas-de-Calais and the district of Petit Amplier the community Amplier grown together.
