Sailly-Laurette (Picard: Saillin-Laurette) is a northern French municipality with 314 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the canton of Corbie and is part of the Communauté de communes du Val de Somme .

geography

The municipality is located around 9 km east of Corbie on the northern bank of the Somme on the D42 from Démuin to Albert , which crosses the Somme here, and extends in the north to the D1. The hamlet of Gailly on the southern bank of the Somme (previously part of the Cerisy municipality ) has also been part of the municipality since 1966 .

The community received the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 as an award .
