Ferrières ( Picard : Ferrière ) is a northern French municipality with 477 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Amiens , is part of the Communauté de communes de l'Ouest d'Amiens and belongs to the canton of Ailly-sur-Somme .

Ferrières is about ten kilometers west of Amiens and five kilometers south of Ailly-sur-Somme , whose municipality is directly adjacent to the center of Ferrières, on the D211 departmental road between Saveuse and Bovelles .
