Vadencourt ( Picard : Vasincourt) is a northern French municipality with 100 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the canton of Corbie .

geography

Vadencourt is located near the source of the Hallue around 15 kilometers east of Villers-Bocage , immediately adjacent to Contay and around 12.5 kilometers north of Corbie .

history

The small town had been the seat of a lordship from the Middle Ages on which several farms and the mill were dependent.
