Bettencourt-Saint-Ouen (earlier spelling: Béthencourt-Saint-Ouin ) is located south of the Nièvre and northeast of Flixecourt . The municipality through which the Autoroute A16 runs extends to the section of the Chaussée Brunehaut , which starts in Amiens and leads to Ponches-Estruval am Authie ; The peripheral areas of the settlement complex of the commune of Saint-Ouen (Somme) thus belong to Bettencourt.

history

The rule of the place, known as Cité in 1140, paid homage to Picquigny . The castle was destroyed around 1760.
