Bambi Awards 1983
The 34th Bambi Awards took place on April 15, 1983 in the Tantris restaurant in Munich . The prices refer to the year 1982.
The award
Again the Bambi Awards had reached a low point. Instead of a big gala there was a dinner in a two-star restaurant in 1983 as a thank you for the “great performance.” At this “dinner”, however, an attempt was made by awarding a Bambi to the editorial team of Report Baden-Baden , headed by Franz Alt to support this and in particular to generate arguments against the removal of Alt. As in the previous year , a Bambi was awarded for the television series Dallas ; after Linda Gray , Larry Hagman has now been honored.
