Bambi Awards 2018

The 70th Bambi Awards took place on November 16, 2018 in the Stage Theater in Berlin . It was broadcast live on Das Erste .

Award winners and nominees

Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry were originally supposed to receive a Bambi for their extraordinary achievements as one of the most creative player duos in the Bundesliga. After Ribéry physically attacked a journalist after the defeat at Borussia Dortmund, the decision was made against the award. Rod Stewart had to cancel his participation in the award due to an injury.
