Bambi Awards 1993
The 45th Bambi Awards took place on December 9, 1993 in the ZDF television studio in Munich .
The award
The star of the evening was David Copperfield , who received a Bambi in the creativity category . The honorary bambi went to the then Norwegian Foreign Minister Johan Jørgen Holst , who was involved in the Oslo peace process. It was remarkable that there was Bambis for the new Prime Minister of the year, Heide Simonis and Edmund Stoiber , as well as one for Michael Schumacher , who at that time had not yet won a Formula 1 world championship. He should do this for the first time in the next season. It is also noteworthy that the Bambis for the film Jurassic Park went to Joseph Mazzello and Ariana Richards , who played the two children Tim and Lex.
