Bambi Awards 1982

The 33rd Bambi Awards took place on March 26, 1982 in Kay's Bistro on Viktualienmarkt in Munich . The prices refer to the year 1981.

The award

In 1982 a video Bambi was awarded for the first time "to take account of the rapid development of this medium", as the editor-in-chief of Bild + Funk , Günter van Waasen, said in his laudation. The Bambi went to Otto Waalkes . The Bambi for Best Live Show went to the BBC's televised broadcast of Prince Charles and Diana's wedding . It was given to the broadcast's producer, Michael Lumley.
