transmission
The award ceremony was broadcast live on ARD , its online portal and also via YouTube . At 4.82 million viewers (16.9%), the rate was significantly better than in the previous year. When Udo Jürgens sat down at the piano after receiving the Bambi, the online broadcasts were interrupted. The reason: the broadcasting rights were not sufficiently clarified.
The audience award
In 2013, the audience award sought the TV People magazine of the year . The choices were explosive , exclusive - the star magazine , people today , celebrities! and Taff . Brisant could win the vote.
In addition, the Bambi for comedy was also voted online. There Sascha Grammel prevailed against Olaf Schubert and Ilka Bessin (Cindy from Marzahn).
Reviews
Alexander Kühn from Spiegel found that Burda "after the catastrophic audience rating in the previous year" brought together a large number of celebrities "to give ARD a good reason to continue broadcasting the large-scale presentation of its miniature deer." And he gives as an example, as Barbara Schöneberger announced Robbie Williams , so that Pep Guardiola could call the laudatory speech by Jupp Heynckes on stage. Or that the Burda wife and crime scene Commissioner Maria Furtwängler 35 of their colleagues in honor of Gunther Witte , the inventor of the scene, brought to the stage. He mentions the honor of Jupp Heynckes as a touching moment.
Ruth Schneeberger from the SZ first mentions the standard formulations a la “yawning lame event” or “self-adulation that the outside world doesn't need” and then puts the focus on the red carpet before the award ceremony. In doing so, she observes how people like Bill Gates or Pep Guardiola simply drown there compared to stars like Miley Cyrus or Robbie Williams . Otherwise, she criticizes that the Bambi is based on the "very big consensus". As a result, the Bambi jury has now also recognized that the crime scene “must be a very passable series”. And she points out that Helene Fischer ended the event with the words "Ladies and gentlemen, that was the echo of 2013".
