The Bundestag constituency Stuttgart I (constituency 258) is an electoral district in Baden-Württemberg . It includes the districts of Birkach , Degerloch , Hedelfingen , Möhringen , Plieningen , Sillenbuch , Stuttgart-Mitte , Stuttgart-North , Stuttgart-South , Stuttgart-West and Stuttgart-Vaihingen in the state capital of Stuttgart . In the federal election in September 2017, 194,368 residents were entitled to vote, 160,832 exercised their voting rights, which corresponds to 82.7 percent.
