format
The act for Malmö , where the Eurovision Song Contest took place in 1992 , was determined by eleven regional juries, one for each of the then eleven ARD broadcasters. The juries consisted of ten television viewers each, each member gave the songs between one and three points, only the favorite was named with the number of points. First the logo of the broadcaster appeared on a video wall, then a picture of the respective singer or band. Whoever appeared most often won; in the event of a tie, the number of points would have decided. In this way, Wind won with seven out of eleven votes, the scores ranged between 18 ( SDR , WDR ) and 24 ( SWF ). The Blue Angels were the favorites of the juries from BR (25 points), from SFB (27 points) and from MDR with 20 points. The favorite of the HR jury , Lena Valaitis , also received 20 points .
