Egon Freiherr Glanz von Eicha (born December 29, 1880 in Vienna ; † April 16, 1945 there ) was an Austrian administrative lawyer and briefly Interior Minister of the First Republic .

Gloss of Eicha studied Jus at the University of Vienna ( Faculty of Law ) and was 1,903 sub auspiciis Imperatoris doctorate . He entered the civil service and was employed by the Lower Austrian Lieutenancy , the Baden District Authority , in the Ministry of Commerce and as the Presidential Secretary in the Presidium of the Council of Ministers. From 1916 he was court advisor to the coastal governor and also represented the governor there.

Egon Glanz was Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Austria in Michael Mayr's second cabinet from November 20, 1920 to April 7, 1921 . In 1921 he was also head of the border regulation commission against Yugoslavia.
