Merciless is a German television film by Konrad Sabrautzky from 1995 . It is the second episode of the crime series A strong team with Maja Maranow and Florian Martens in the leading roles.
action
Otto Garber goes undercover to prison to help the kidnapper Bruno Wirth escape. The company's goal is to find the secret hiding place for the ransom money from that time. The action is spiraling out of control. Wirth evades arrest and an exciting chase through Brandenburg develops. In the course of this, a savings bank is attacked and there is an exchange of fire at a gas station. Detective Chief Inspector Verena Berthold becomes a hostage herself and only at the last minute can Wirth be overpowered on an old airfield site.
