The canton of Monsols is a former French canton in the arrondissement of Villefranche-sur-Saône in the Rhône department of the Rhône-Alpes region . The main town was Monsols . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. The last representative in the conseil général des Départements was Daniel Martin ( UDF ).
