The Canton of Royan-Ouest was 2015 a French canton in the department of Charente-Maritime and in the former region Poitou-Charentes . It comprised six parishes and the western parts of the main town (chef-lieu) Royan in Rochefort . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. The last representative in the conseil général des Départements was Michel Servit for the years 1992–2015.
