The Canton Montguyon was 2015 a French canton in the department of Charente-Maritime and in the former region Poitou-Charentes . It comprised 14 parishes in the arrondissement of Jonzac ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Montguyon . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015.

The canton of Montguyon was 322.31 km 2 and last had 10,016 inhabitants (as of 2012). It was an average of 66  m , between 11  m in La Barde and 150  m in Neuvicq .
