Saint-Pierre-du-Palais is a southwestern French community with 366 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Charente-Maritime in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement Jonzac and the canton Les Trois Monts (until 2015 Montguyon ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Pierrelais .

Saint-Pierre-du-Palais is located in the south of the Saintonge about 50 kilometers northeast of Bordeaux . Saint-Pierre-du-Palais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montguyon in the north and north-west, Le Fouilloux in the north and north-east, Saint-Martin-de-Coux in the east, La Clotte in the south, Cercoux in the west and south-west and Clérac in the west.
