Léoville is about 69 kilometers north of Bordeaux . Léoville is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Médard in the north and north-west, Mortiers in the north, Baignes-Sainte-Radegonde in the east, Vanzac in the south-east, Messac in the south, Chaunac in the south-west and Fontaines-d'Ozillac in the west.
