Saint-Thomas-de-Conac is a French municipality with 559 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Charente-Maritime in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Jonzac and the canton of Pons (until 2015 Mirambeau ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Thomacais .

Saint-Thomas-de-Conac is located about 65 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux on the Gironde estuary . Saint-Thomas-de-Conac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Dizant-du-Gua in the north, Sainte-Ramée in the northeast, Saint-Ciers-du-Taillon in the east and northeast, Semoussac in the east, Saint-Georges-des- Agoûts in the east and south-east and Saint-Sorlin-de-Conac in the south. On the opposite, western side of the estuary are Saint-Christoly-Médoc and Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc .
