Fontaines-d'Ozillac is a French municipality with 520 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Charente-Maritime in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Jonzac and the canton of Jonzac . The inhabitants are called Fontainois .

Fontaines-d'Ozillac is located about 74 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . Fontaines-d'Ozillac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ozillac in the north and north-west, Saint-Médard in the north-east, Léoville in the east, Chaunac in the south-east, Tugéras-Saint-Maurice in the south and Villexavier in the west.
