Saint-Hilaire-du-Bois is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Guitinières in the north and north-west, Clion in the north, Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan in the north-east, Saint-Simon-de-Bordes in the east and south-east and Nieul-le-Virouil in the South and west.
