Pouillac is located about 53 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . Pouillac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chatenet in the north and north-west, Chevanceaux in the north and north-east, Saint-Palais-de-Négrignac in the east, Montlieu-la-Garde in the south, Chepniers in the west and south-west and Sainte-Colombe in the west and north-west.
