Saint-Martial-de-Mirambeau is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Semillac in the north, Saint-Dizant-du-Bois in the northeast, Mirambeau in the south and east, Saint-Bonnet-sur-Gironde in the southwest and Semoussac in the west.
