Bedenac is located about 42 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux . Bedenac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montlieu-la-Garde in the north, Clérac in the east, Lapouyade in the south, Laruscade in the south and south-west and Bussac-Forêt in the west and north-west.

The National Route 10 runs through the municipality .
