history
Kleinhaslach was first mentioned in a document in 1233 as "Blindenhasela". "Haslach" describes a river that is overgrown with hazelnut trees, "Blind" here probably means hidden. In 1302 the place is mentioned for the first time in a deed as "Cleinenhaselach". The St. Martins Church was originally a branch church of St. Maria (Großhaslach) , later of St. Andreas (Dietenhofen) . There are contradicting statements about the independence of St. Martin, but it is certain that it has been an independent parish since 1842. The parish of St. Mauritius (Warzfelden) is also looked after from Kleinhaslach .
Until the 13th century the place belonged to several village lords. Gradually the Heilsbronn monastery became almost the sole lord of the village. In 1233 Sifrid Pfinzing of Nuremberg gave him a praise in Kleinhaslach. In 1253 the monastery bought a farm from Friedrich von Beigerbach there . At the time of the twelfth abbot, the Nuremberg citizen bought Ringer for 20 pounds Heller slope in Kleinhaslach and donated it to the monastery. In 1302 the brothers Heinrich , Rudolf and Konrad von Bruckberg sold the monastery slope from Sandhof to Kleinhaslach for 50 pounds of Heller. The monastery acquired a total of 15 properties.
Since the arrival of the Reformation in 1520 there has been a school in Kleinhaslach.
In the 16-point report of the Heilsbronn monastery office from 1608, only the 15 teams were listed for Kleinhaslach who had the Bonnhof caste office as landlord (6 farmers, 6 Köbler , 3 Heilinggüter). The teams of other landlords are not listed. During the Thirty Years War, eleven of the Heilsbronn farms fell into disrepair, some of which had burned down. The chalice, paten , two of the three church tower bells and other items were stolen from the church . Even 20 years after the end of the war, Heilsbronn Monastery had no income from these farms. The St. Gratius Chapel was also destroyed during the war.
In the 16-point report of the Principality of Ansbach from 1684, 22 teams were listed for Kleinhaslach: 15 properties were owned by the Bonnhof caste office as landlords, two properties were owned by the Reiche Almosen von Nürnberg, one by the Lords of Eyb zu Bruckberg , two properties by the Lords of Leonrod and two properties, the Lords of Danngriess zu Vach . The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach Hofkastenamt Ansbach .
At the end of the 18th century there were 28 properties in Kleinhaslach. The high court exercised the court box office in Ansbach. The village and community rulership was held by the Brandenburg-Bayreuth caste office Bonnhof . The landlords were the Principality of Bayreuth (box office Bonnhof: 1 yard, 2 half yards, 2 half yards with tavern , 5 estates, 1 estate with blacksmithing rights, 1 Söldengut , 3 drip houses ; box office Dietenhofen : 1 estate, 1 estate, 1 drip house; parish Dietenhofen : 2 Estates, 1 estate, 1 semi-estate, 1 drip house), the St. Klara monastery office of the Imperial City of Nuremberg (1 Halbhof, 1 estate ), the Nuremberg owner von Haller (1 estate, 1 estate) and the manor Frohnhof of the Lords of Eyb (1 Tafernwirtschaft). In addition to the households, there was also the church and communal buildings (school house, shepherd's house). From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the judiciary and chamber office of Ansbach .
In 1806 Kleinhaslach came to the Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the municipal edict , the Kleinhaslach tax district was formed in 1808 , to which Haunoldshofen , Kleinhaslach, Rüdern , Warzfelden and Warzfeldermühle belonged. The rural community of Kleinhaslach was founded in 1811 and was congruent with the tax district. It was subordinate to the Ansbach Regional Court in administration and jurisdiction and to the Ansbach Rent Office ( renamed Ansbach Tax Office in 1920 ). With the second community edict (1818), Kleinhabersdorf was umgemeindet from Bruckberg to Kleinhaslach. From 1862 on, Kleinhaslach was administered by the Ansbach District Office (renamed the Ansbach District in 1938 ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court of Ansbach until 1870, 1870-1879 city and district court Ansbach , since 1880 district court Ansbach . The municipality had an area of 14.623 km². With the municipal reform , the municipality was incorporated into the Dietenhofen market on July 1, 1972.
