The men's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 1962 European Athletics Championships was held on September 14 and 16, 1962 in Belgrade's Partizan Stadium .
Germany won the European championship with Klaus Ulonska , Peter Gamper , Hans-Joachim Bender and Manfred Germar . Second place went to Poland with Jerzy Juskowiak, Andrzej Zieliński , Zbigniew Syka and Marian Foik . Bronze went to Great Britain ( Alf Meakin , Ronald Jones , Berwyn Jones , David Jones ).
